INTRODUCTION
This matter is before the Court on the Plaintiffs’ motion for default judgment. The Court has considered the arguments and brief of counsel and enters the following order and judgment.
BACKGROUND
The Plaintiffs filed this adversary proceedings alleging that the Defendant extracted payment of a debt that had been discharged in the Plaintiffs’ earlier bankruptcy proceeding by promising to withdraw or amend a credit report that showed the debt to still be owing.
