Before the Court is the motion of the Defendant, HSBC Bank Nevada, N.A. (“HSBC”), for summary judgment on all of the claims asserted by the Plaintiff, Yvette McKenzie-Gilyard (the “Plaintiff’), in this Adversary Proceeding, dated December 7, 2006 (the “Motion for Summary Judgment”).
