There are seven appeals in this record—four of which were taken by Thomas C. Chappell, trustee, and the others by Mrs. Clarke. The orders appealed from were passed in the same case that is reported in 92 Md. 98, Chappell v. Clarke. The original bill was filed by Mrs. Clarke and her husband, Mr. and Mrs. Stiles and the three infant children of Mr. and Mrs. Clarke by their father as next friend, against Thomas C. Chappell, trustee. They prayed that the Court assume jurisdiction over the trust created by the will of Phillip S. Chappell, which left sixty thousand dollars to Thomas C. Chappell in…
