This is a suit in equity by a wife for maintenance which action seeks to reach certain property of her husband who is alleged to have deserted her and their three children and to be now residing in another state. The bill was filed in the county where the desertion occurred; her husband and two trust companies, holding certain trusts, were named as defendants. The question involved is whether the husband’s future interests in trusts administered in Allegheny County are such property interests and have such a situs as to give the court below jurisdiction pursuant…
