This suit has arisen out of a controversy between the heirs of James D. Eobertson, who died testate on the 8th day of April, 1867, leaving his widow, Mary A. Eobertson, and seven children surviving.
The testator devised and bequeathed to his widow all his real and personal property, to be held and enjoyed by her *334during the period of her natural life, with remainder over to his children, share and share alike.
