Respondent, Jack Houston, appeals from an order of the circuit court of St. Clair County finding him in contempt for failing to pay petitioner, Betty Ann Houston, amounts due under a settlement agreement which had been incorporated into the judgment dissolving the parties’ marriage. The amounts at issue were to meet the expense of sending Lisa, the parties’ youngest daughter, to college.
