In re Marriage of Loffredi

Petitioner, Robert Loffredi, appeals the dismissal of a portion of his petition to modify a judgment for dissolution of marriage. While no appellee’s brief has been filed on this appeal, we reach the merits of this case since the record is simple and the claimed errors easily resolvable. First Capitol Mortgage Corp. v.
