The State appeals the trial court’s order excluding specific evidence for the retrial *680of Mr. Mark Woodworth. Mr. Woodworth filed a motion to dismiss. The order is not the proper subject of an interlocutory appeal. Hence, we dismiss the State’s appeal.

Factual and Procedural Background
