Before the Court is Defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint (Doc. 10), and memorandum in support (Doc. 11). Also before the Court is Plaintiffs’ motion for leave to amend the complaint (Doc. 19).
Plaintiffs Steven Troehuek and Richard Havener brought suit against Defendant Patterson Companies, Inc., formerly known as Patterson Dental Company1, on October 1, 2012, after their jobs with Patterson were terminated (Doc. 2-1).
