Plaintiff Doreen Ford has sued her former employer, Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Company, a/k/a Kemper Insurance Companies (“Kemper”), and Joyce Swiatek, her former supervisor, alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 (“ADA”), and the Family Medical Leave Act of 1993, 29 U.S.C. § 2615 et seq. (“FMLA”).
