1TPC Xpress, LLC, and Robert Sanders (DC Xpress) appeal from an order of the Pulaski County Circuit Court finding them in default and granting judgment on a promissory note held by Mark Briggs. The order also rejected DC Xpress’s counterclaim against Briggs for deceit and breach of fiduciary duty.
