HUNTER, Judge.

This is an appeal from the judgment rendered in a suit in equity in favor of plaintiff-respondent, Thelma Mae Anderson, against defendants-appellants, Fred Curls and Thurby Braggs, which held the transaction in question to be usurious, cancelled a certain note and the deed of trust securing it, and enjoined them and John L. O’Brien, the trustee, under the deed of trust, from the foreclosure and sale of plaintiff’s home.
