This is an appeal by the railroad company from a judgment of the superior court for Thurston county, affirming as reasonable and lawful an order of the railroad commission, ordering certain track connections between the appellant’s lines of railway and the lines of the Northern Pacific Railway Company and the Spokane & Inland Railroad Company. A statement of facts and bill of exceptions, was settled by the trial court, in which the evidence considered by the court below and a statement of the exceptions reserved were set out.
