Appellant was convicted of Class B misdemeanor possession of marijuana and *175sentenced to three days’ confinement and a fine.1 On appeal, he challenged the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress, arguing that the arresting officer lacked reasonable suspicion to stop the vehicle in which he was traveling.
