FENNER, Judge.
Appellant, Veterans Services, Inc., appeals from the judgment of the circuit court affirming the decision of respondent, Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission). The issue involved herein is whether individuals hired by Veterans Services to conduct telephone solicitations for donations to Veterans Services are independent contractors or employees for purposes of the Missouri unemployment compensation laws.
