This is an appeal from an order granting a temporary injunction, and we have advanced the case because the statute so provides (§ 27-2102, Ark. Stats.). We only consider whether the Trial Court was in error in granting the temporary injunction.
The controversy stems from the alleged selection of Dolan Cecil as alderman of Clarksville, Arkansas. The appellees are Messrs.
