The circuit court of Cook county dismissed a complaint for injunction brought by Thomas J. Ahern against the Director of Finance and others, which sought to enjoin enforcement of the Retailers’ Occupation Tax act as against appellant Ahern. The revenue is involved and the appeal is properly to this court.
