ORDER

This matter is before the Court on the motion of defendant, The First National Bank of Chicago (hereinafter, First National), to transfer venue of the complaint of the debtor-in-possession, Dick & Company, Inc., and the cross-complaint of defendant, National Acceptance Company of America (hereinafter, National Acceptance) to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
First National’s motion came on for hearing before the Court on October 31, 1980, and was thereafter taken under advisement.
