OPINION

RILEY, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Defendant, Jessica Kishpaugh (Kishpaugh), appeals the Judgment of the trial court, awarding $85,889.36 to Appel-lees-Plaintiffs, John (John) and Miriam (Miriam) Odegard (collectively, the Ode-gards).

We affirm and remand.
