Case Summary

[1] V. Ganz Builders and Development Co., Inc. (“VGB”), signed an application for a line of credit with Pioneer Lumber, Inc. (“Pioneer”), and also signed a credit account agreement. The line of credit was secured by a personal guaranty agreement signed by VGB’s president, Vladimir Ganz. Pioneer sued VGB and Ganz (collectively “Appellants”) for’ breach of contract and to enforce the guaranty.
