McEVERS, Justice.
[¶ 1] James Nagel appeals from a criminal judgment entered on a conditional plea of guilty.to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, reserving his right to appeal the district court’s denial of his motion to suppress evidence. Nagel argues all evidence obtained after the administration of his pre-arrest onsite screening test should be suppressed because he did not voluntarily consent to the test.
