Plaintiff Kenny Raymond (“Plaintiff’ or “Raymond”), a 56-year-old African-Amer ican man who is originally from Jamaica, has worked as an employee of Defendant Architect of the Capitol (“Defendant” or “AOC”) since 1975. Raymond alleges that he was not selected for a higher-grade position within the agency due to discrimination based on his national origin and age, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e-2000e-17 (Count I), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C.…
