The Chancellor.
The Arlington Hotel Company has been adjudged by this court to be insolvent, receivers have been appointed for it, the creditors of the company have proved in this court their claims, and they have been allowed, all the stockholders having had notice of the filing of the claims and been given an opportunity to contest them by exceptions to be taken thereto.
