This is a judicial review of a final order of the Public Service Commission of Indiana (hereinafter referred to as the Commission) granting to Appellee, Public Service Company of Indiana, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as PSI), a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity pursuant to Section 18 (b) of the REMC Act, being Acts 1935, ch. 175, § 18, as amended and as found in Ind. Anno.
