Respondents-appellants Radiotelephone Company of Indiana, Inc. (Radiotel) and RAM Broadcasting of Indiana, Inc. (RAM) 1 are appealing an order of the Public Service Commission of Indiana because the Commission allegedly acted arbitrarily and failed to make proper findings of fact in granting petitioner-appellee T. A. S.
