The Illinois Commerce Commission on July 9, 1940, after a hearing, granted a certificate of public convenience and necessity to Bluebird Coach Lines, Inc., to install and operate a motorbus-line extension between Berwyn, Cicero and Chicago, Illinois. On appeal to the circuit court of Cook county the order of the Commerce Commission was affirmed. The application of the Bluebird Coach Lines, Inc., for such certificate of public convenience and necessity was opposed by A. A.
