Atlas, a corporation in the business of repairing and maintaining aircraft engines, sued for claim and delivery of three aircraft engines and one QEO (quick engine change) unit attached to a DC-6B aircraft, No. 90771. From a judgment in favor of Twentieth Century, which had repossessed the aircraft as legal owner and conditional seller, Atlas appeals.
