This is an original proceeding for writ of review and writ of mandate involving an order made after trial of petitioner by the City Commission of the City of Fresno (which we will hereafter refer to as the Commission) on charges preferred against him by the mayor of that city. Other phases of this matter have been before this court. (Nider v. Homan, 32 Cal. App. (2d) 11 [89 Pac. (2d) 136] ; Nider v. Homan, 32 Cal. App. (2d) 21 [89 Pac. (2d) 135].)
