This cause came on to be heard upon appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County, Ohio.
This timely appeal follows the trial court's denial of appellants’ motion for a new trial.
On May 14,1976, appellants Robert P. and Wilma M. Richart executed a note to appellee, in the amount of $150,000, which was secured by a mortgage on appellants’ Hamilton County residence, and by 50.97 acres of development land bordering East Fork Lake owned by appellants.
