MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

ALFRED C. HAGAN, Chief Judge.

Daniel Zaleha (“debtor”) is the debtor in this chapter 11 bankruptcy. Two basic matters are before the Court. First is confirmation of the debtor’s proposed chapter 11 plan. Two creditors of the debtor, Rosholt, Robertson & Tucker (“Rosholt Robertson”) and Toyota Motor Credit Corporation (“TMCC”), both oppose confirmation. Debtor disputes the objections of both Rosholt Robertson and TMCC. Debtor also challenges Rosholt Robertson’s standing to object to confirmation.
