MEMORANDUM OPINION ON CONFIRMATION OF DEBTOR’S FIRST AMENDED PLAN AND RELATED MATTERS

The Court held a hearing commencing on November 5, and continuing on November 7, 8, 15, and 27, 2007, on the Debtor’s First Amended Plan Combined with Disclosures for a Small Business Case Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. sec. 1125(f).
