I. INTRODUCTION
In this employment discrimination and retaliation litigation, pro se Plaintiff, *709Mary-Ellen Marley (hereinafter, “Plaintiff’), generally alleges that her longtime former federal employer, the United States Postal Service (hereinafter, “Defendants” or the “Postal Service”) engaged in an array of discriminatory, retaliatory, and otherwise unlawful conduct during the final six years of her employment with the Postal Service.
