Plaintiff, Sarah Webster, by her attorney, Mitchel E. Luxenburg, filed this action against defendant ACB Receivables Management, Inc. (“ACB”) alleging that defendant violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq., by attempting to collect a debt owed by Ms. Webster. Plaintiff seeks statutory damages in the amount of *623$1,000.00 pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1692k(a)(2)(A).
