MEMORANDUM
JOAN N. FEENEY, Bankruptcy Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
The matters before the Court are 1) the “Debtor’s Motion to Avoid Judicial Lien on Residential Real Estate Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 522(f),” and 2) the “Motion of Peoples Heritage Savings Bank for Relief from the Automatic Stay.” The Court heard both motions on April 24, 1997 and took the matters under advisement.
