Summit Investment and Development Corporation (“Summit”), one of three general partners in Belle Isle Limited Partnership, a Massachusetts limited partnership, appeals from a district court order affirming a bankruptcy court ruling denying Summit’s claims for declaratory and injunctive relief against its two other general partners, debtors-in-possession Edward G. Leroux, Jr. and Albert F.
