OPINION

IRENAS, District Judge:

Presently before the court is the Motion to Dismiss and/or for Summary Judgment by defendant Gloucester County Construction Board of Appeals and its members. 1 Defendant has argued that the Construction Board of Appeals is a quasi-judicial agency, and that the acts of the Board and its members are therefore entitled to absolute immunity. For the reasons stated below, defendant’s motion will be granted.
