This Adversary proceeding relates to the bankruptcy filed in Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code by the debtor-plaintiff, Direct Air, Inc. d/b/a Midway Connection (“Debtor” or “Plaintiff’). The case inter alia seeks to avoid preferential transfers and payments under 11 U.S.C. § 547(b) and § 544. Defendant Fairchild Aircraft, Inc.
