DIMOND, Judge.
This is a hearing on an application for a liquor license by the Alaska Labor Trades Association (Inc.) a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of Alaska, commonly known, from the initials of its name, as the Alta Club. It will be hereinafter referred to as “the club.” The premises occupied by the club are located at 435 Fifth Street in the City of Anchorage, Alaska. The owner of the premises is another but the club occupies through Z. E. Eagleston, a resident of Anchorage who holds a lease on the premises entered into on April 1, 1944 by E. R.
