—Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Emily Goodman, J.), entered April 16, 1999, which, in an action to recover a legal fee, insofar as appealed from, denied plaintiff law firm’s motion to dismiss defendant clients’ counterclaims alleging legal malpractice, unanimously affirmed, without costs.

Defendants’ counterclaims alleging legal malpractice are not barred by the three-year Statute of Limitations of CPLR 214 *151(6).
