John J. Cunney (“Plaintiff’), a citizen of Connecticut, brought an action in diversity 1 against Patrick Communications, LLC (“PCL”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of Maryland; W. Lawrence (“Larry”) Patrick, a Maryland citizen and PCL principal; and Larry’s wife Susan Patrick, also a Maryland citizen and PCL principal (collectively, “Defendants”).
