These are appeals from judgments of the district court, one entered in an action by respondent, Harold L. Rutchick, to recover possession of a savings certificate from appellant, Nathan M. Salute, and the other entered in a declaratory judgment action brought by appellant to determine ownership of a savings certificate issued to replace the one which was the subject of the action brought by respondent.
