McFADDEN, Chief Justice.

On April 18, 1975, Jay L. Depew was suspended by this court from the practice of law in the State of Idaho for a period of ninety days, and until further order of this court. Depew has never been reinstated.

Subsequent to this suspension, additional complaints against Depew were filed with the Committee on Discipline of the Idaho State Bar. On December 12, 1975, a hearing on certain of these alleged violations was held before the Discipline Committee.
