This is a bill in equity for the specific performance of an alleged contract to convey certain real estate amounting to eighty acres in Oregon county, Missouri. There was a decree for the plaintiff and the defendants appealed.

The abstract of the record prepared by appellants is so meager as to convey a very imperfect idea of either the pleadings or evidence upon which the trial court rendered judgment.
