The plaintiff, who is appellee.here, sued Jose S. Vigil and Valentina B. de Vigil, his wife, and Ramon F. Vigil and Ignacita Sena de Vigil, his wife, seeking to quiet title to described real estate. The complaint was in statutory form and did not affirmatively disclose whether the plaintiff was in or out of possession.
