NATURE OF CASE

Following a dispositional hearing, Dalton S., represented at the dispositional hearing by counsel and a guardian ad litem (GAL), was placed in the custody of the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Juvenile Services (OJS), in a treatment foster home.
