Before the Court is the motion of Plaintiff, John T. Grammer (“Grammer”), to remand the above-captioned case to the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands.

Robert Melnik and his wife, Mary Elizabeth Melnik (collectively “the Melniks”), resided at 11233 Silver Lake Road in Brighton, Michigan for fourteen years.
