Olga Hernandez (“plaintiff’) alleges that her former employer, the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Commerce (“defendant” or “agency”), retaliated against her for filing complaints with the agency’s Office of Civil Rights alleging workplace harassment based on her sex and national origin (the “EEO complaints”).
