Owens v. Graetzel

The action in this case is the sequel of the decision by this Court in the appeal of Effa A. Owens v. G. Clem Graetzel, decided on July 22nd, 1924, and found reported in 146, 'Md. 361. Effa A. Owens and Harry Haslip borrowed of G. Clem Graetzel, on August 1st, 1923, the sum of $3,200, and secured its payment by a mortgage deed of assignment granting a leasehold property in Baltimore City.
