Affirming.

This suit, in some respects, is a continuation and an outgrowth of certain phases of the litigation reported in Safety Motor Coach Company v. Maddin’s Adm’x, 266 Ky. 459, 99 S. W. (2d) 183. Appellant, John C. Swope, filed this suit originally on September 28, 1935, in the Jefferson Circuit Court against Central Greyhound Lines, John M. Bobsion, Tom Swope, Boger H. Swope, A. B.
