On Monday, September 19, 2016, Plaintiffs Naomi Spencer Daly and Darrell Castle filed a Verified Complaint against Defendant Natalie Tennant, in her official capacity as Secretary of State of the State of West Virginia. The next day, Plaintiffs filed an Emergency Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order. ECF No. 3.
